Prospective Families - Middle/High School Application
STAGE 1 - APPLICATION
- Complete Parent Application
- Complete Student Application
- Complete 200 word Student Essay
- Complete Pastor Recommendation Contact Form
- Complete the Reference Form
- Submit a copy of your last report card – you must be holding a minimum
yearly GPA of 2.5
- Submit a copy of your current transcripts (9th – 12th grade only) -
- With a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Your classes must also be comparable to our own
- Submit copies of any IEP’s and/or testing – If applicable
- Sign the Transcript Request form – your transcripts must be eligible to be
released and must be received before you may begin classes
- Pay $100.00 non-refundable Application Fee
STAGE 2 - INTERVIEW
- Student interview with members of the Admissions Board
- Family interview with the principal (if not already completed)
STAGE 3 - ACCEPTANCE
- Receive final acceptance in writing
- Submit the following forms: (we must have these before you can begin)
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Current immunization record with proof of an Entrance Physical
- Schedule entrance testing (7th -9th grade only) |
